Block Schedule:
All divisions (age and skill level) will have multiple pools available across different blocks allowing you to choose the time slot that works best for you and be able to participate in other activities throughout the day. What this means is that your entire pool will be played within a 4.5-hour block, and you will know exactly when you start and end.
Event Format:
Each tournament has a 4-game guarantee - three pool play games with top teams advancing to bracket play matches on Sunday. If the division is full, pool play will consist of 2 pools (ex: A and B) with 4 teams in each pool. Each team will play the other 3 teams in their pool then cross-play with the other pool based on their record (ties will be broken with point differential).
For example, the highest seed in pool A after the first three games is designated A1, the second team A2, third A3, and the lowest seed A4. Therefore, the fourth pool play games would be A1 vs B2, B1 vs A2, A3 vs B3, and A4 vs B4. The top two seeds in each pool will play their fourth game on Championship Sunday with the winners of A1 vs B2 and B1 vs A2 advancing to the Championship match.
Style of Play:
Pool-play will be one game rally scoring to 21, win by 2.
Bracket-play will be best 2/3 rally scoring to 15, win by 2.
What is Rally Scoring?
Awards:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will receive individual awards.
