5 pm - 8 pm: Eatertainment Tours: "Taste of KC"
Ease into PickleCon weekend with guided tours of Kansas City’s top local flavors and pickleball spots. It’s the perfect casual kickoff for early arrivals to connect, explore, and play before the main event begins. This bus tour will visit two pickleball restaurant locations (to be announced soon) and will include complimentary food selections, non-alcoholic beverages, and reserved court time to play with new and familiar friends. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on-site.
7:30 am - 9 am: Vendor Networking Event: Coffee & Community
Start the day with caffeine and connections. Enjoy refreshments from a Coffee Cart while hearing from our Keynote Speaker Cody Brick, setting the tone for a collaborative weekend. (Room in KCCC TBA)
8 am - 8 pm: Open Play
Over 15 open play courts will be open all day.
8 am - 5 pm: Tournament Play
Tournaments for all ages and skill levels will be hosted by our partners including InPickle Nation, US Senior Pickleball, Crew Social, National Junior Pickleball, and Minor Pickleball League.

3 pm - 5 pm: Farewell Festival on Championship Court
Wrap up the weekend in style on Championship Court with music, an MC, awards, exhibitions and some fun games! Everyone is encouraged to show up in their best PickleCon costumes for a lively send-off celebration. The Knockout game winner will take home a premier prize—but don’t worry, the fun doesn’t stop there! We’ll also be awarding the Best Costume, so even if you don’t win the game, you could still walk away as a winner. A perfect ending to an unforgettable PickleCon weekend!
