BECOme an ambassador

The PickleCon Ambassador Program brings together influential leaders, club owners, and facility partners who are deeply invested in the success of PickleCon. Ambassadors help promote the event within their communities, engage players across their region, and contribute insights that help shape an outstanding attendee experience. In return, ambassadors receive meaningful recognition, exclusive perks, and opportunities to play an active role in PickleCon’s growth.

AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Mission of Triple Crown & PickleCon: Our mission is to host a comprehensive, all-inclusive pickleball experience that unites players, fans, and     businesses to foster the growth of the sport.

  • Community Input: Play an active role in enhancing the event by engaging with your community, providing ongoing feedback, and helping shape and build the event through regular monthly communication.

  • Ongoing Engagement: Ambassadors are expected to participate in a 30-45minute     virtual Ambassador Roundtable each month, share updates from their club/community including member needs, trends, and ideas, and actively ask questions while providing feedback on event concepts and planning.

  • Event Promotion: Ambassadors are     expected to actively promote PickleCon by sharing provided digital assets such as social media posts, graphics, and website links; displaying posters and flyers within their facilities and local regions; and     communicating event information to club members through email using templates provided by the PickleCon media team.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships by promoting collaboration, trust, and positive engagement with fellow PickleCon Ambassadors, players, facility     representatives, Event Partners, and the broader pickleball community.

  • Authority Limitations: Ambassadors must refrain from signing any documents, including letters or agreements, that could expose Triple Crown Pickleball/PickleCon or     themselves to legal risk or liability. Ambassadors are not authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of Triple Crown Pickleball/PickleCon, provide legal advice, or make promises or guarantees of any kind.
