Vendor Village Layout Glossary

Process of Becoming a Vendor at PickleCon 2026

Follow these steps to reserve your booth and join us at PickleCon 2026:

  1. Choose Your Booth: Review the Vendor Village layout above and decide which booth you'd like to reserve.
  2. Submit a Vendor Application: If you haven’t already completed your Vendor Application, please do so. In your application, include the booth number you are interested in. Vendor Application Form»
  3. Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email from kelsea@triplecrownsports.com confirming the booth location you’re interested in, along with the pricing details. A booth space will be officially assigned via email with a payment link once confirmed.
  4. Complete Payment: Booth spaces are first come, first served. Spaces will only be secured once payment is submitted. After payment, your booth will appear as red (taken) on the layout. Please note: reserving a booth does not guarantee the space until payment is completed, as others may inquire about the same spot simultaneously.
  5. Request a 20x20 Booth (Optional): Interested in a 20x20 space? Email kelsea@triplecrownsports.com with the two booth numbers you’d like to combine, and we’ll adjust your space accordingly.
  6. View Vendor Glossary: After payment, you can view the Vendor Glossary, where you can see who has reserved booths and who will be onsite at PickleCon as a vendor.
  7. Sign Up for Vendor Events: Check your receipt confirmation after purchase. You can sign up for vendor networking events for each day of PickleCon if interested. Can't find it, just email kelsea@triplecrownsport.com.
