PickleCon 2025 Launches Interactive Vendor Passport Challenge – With Prizes!

Kansas City, MO - Get ready to explore, engage, and win at PickleCon 2025 with the launch of the Vendor Passport Challenge, a unique interactive experience that rewards attendees for visiting vendor booths throughout the event. The challenge is now live and accessible via the official 2025 PickleCon mobile app, available on both Google Play and the App Store.
“We are excited to provide this new and creative offering to our 2025 PickleCon Event app, to encourage our attendees to engage with our variety of vendors on-site at the Kansas City Convention Center,” said PickleCon event director Alyssa Morrison.
Scan, Collect, and Win!
The Vendor Passport Challenge is designed to encourage attendees to discover the full range of exhibitors at PickleCon. With over 70 vendors, guests can collect digital stamps by visiting booths and scanning QR codes directly through the app’s Vendor Passport Challenge feature.
How It Works:
- Download the 2025 PickleCon app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Open the app and navigate to the Vendor Passport Challenge section.
- Visit vendor booths at the Kansas City Convention Center and within the app scan their QR codes. (Note: scanning with your camera will not work if you are not doing it within the app).
- Once you've visited 50 or more vendors, you’re eligible to collect your prize at the PickleCon Info Booth by showing Triple Crown Staff your final tally on your app, prizes will be available while supplies last!
Claim Your Reward
Participants who complete 50 vendor scans will receive an exclusive Pickleball Mini Paddle, courtesy of our generous sponsors, Professional Pickleball Partners and CORE Athletics. Prizes can be collected at the PickleCon Info Desk anytime during the event—up until Sunday, August 10th at 4:00 p.m.

- August 7–9: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- August 10 (Sunday): 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
